How long does a reinstatement take?

It depends on the complexity of the case and how quickly Google’s team responds. Straightforward soft suspensions can move faster; hard suspensions or cases involving multiple providers usually take longer. We work each case as quickly as Google’s process allows and keep you posted at every stage.

Can I try to fix this myself first?

You can, and some practices do. The challenge is that Google rarely states the exact guideline that triggered the suspension, and an appeal submitted without fixing the underlying issue can make the next attempt harder. Bringing us in early, especially for multi-provider practices, usually shortens the timeline.

Will my reviews come back?

In most reinstatement cases, reviews tied to the profile return once the listing is restored. Part of our review is confirming that review activity itself isn’t a contributing factor to the suspension.
