SMS privacy commitment: Mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out of SMS marketing messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing communications does not stop necessary non-promotional communications, such as transaction confirmations, security notices, or service-related messages.

We will obtain consent before sharing your personal information with third parties for their direct-marketing purposes where required by law.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights.
